Accomplishment(s): “Rio is an incredible student who consistently goes above and beyond to support those around him,” Fifth Grade Teacher Abby Williamson said. “As a Spanish speaker, he naturally helps Spanish-speaking students who are new to Middletown learn our school routines, feel comfortable and build friendships. He is also an engaged and hardworking learner who is always attentive and excited to share his ideas, even when taking a risk. His kindness and positive attitude make GLA a better place!”
